You can be assured that Colema Boards of California Inc. stands by the quality and cleanliness of the products we offer.

Guarantee Policy

The Deluxe Colema Board was designed to last a lifetime. If the Deluxe Board ever becomes defective and becomes unusable, Colema Boards of California Inc. will replace it at our cost.

All returned boards are disposed of by using a standard biohazard process and are not used for resale. Every product goes through a quality control checklist before being shipped out from Colema Boards of California Inc.

Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of healthcare products, Colema Boards of California Inc. cannot give a refund or credit for any item(s) that have been used by the customer.

If an incorrect or defective item was shipped in error by Colema Boards of California Inc., we will arrange to ship the appropriate product at our cost once we receive the incorrect or defective product. Colema Boards of California Inc. will gladly accept returned merchandise and provide a refund less a 20% restocking fee or credit if the returned item(s) meet the following criteria:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of original order date.
  2. Item(s) must be returned unopened in the original manufacturer packaging in a re-sellable condition and include all accessories, manuals, brochures and manufacturer documentation.
  3. Customer must contact Colema Boards of California Inc. or the distributor from which the purchase was made and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to returning the item(s). If this RMA number is not obtained, UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS MAY NOT BE CREDITED. Be sure to obtain an RMA number prior to any attempted return.
  4. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the product back to Colema Boards of California Inc. or to the distributor it was purchased from once an RMA is issued. Customer pays return shipping unless other arrangements are made. BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM(S), PLEASE CALL TO VERIFY WHERE TO RETURN MERCHANDISE.

How do I return products to Colema Boards of California Inc.?

  • Call our customer service department toll free at 1-800-745-2446 (9:00 am – 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Mon. – Fri.).
  • You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number which will be used for the tracking of the returned shipment as well as the mailing address for the appropriate warehouse that will be used for returning the unopened item(s).
  • Colema Boards of California Inc. will not accept any returned item(s) with out previously obtaining an authorization number.

Once the product is received and inspected at Colema Boards of California Inc., the credit will be issued in 10 – 14 days.

If you suspect a problem with your order, please call us at 1-800-745-2446 before opening the product. This will ensure that you are not left with a non-refundable item.
